"Jon and his team really know the real estate market well! - He was spot on for everything from the asking price, time it would take to sell, and what to expect during the process. He studied the market and provided us a beautiful hard cover book that was full of information from market conditions, home values and statistics in the area, recommended next steps, preparation procedures, etc. His team uses eye grabbing signage and current social and advertising technologies to make it easy for prospective buyers to view our home in person and/or online. His work product was excellent and professional - yet he was still very personable. And his photographer did an excellent job of accurately, honestly, and beautifully showing our home online with multiple photos from every angle. Jon was honest and upfront through the whole process. I would definitely use him again and encourage others to save themselves the headache and go with someone trustworthy - Jon Baker and his team at NextHome Integrity Group."
